Pawn Shop Symbol that lead to the lawsuit

In these tough times when companies care more about their sheer existence the Citi group on the other hand is focusing on playing legal games. ?The Citi group filed a lawsuit again AllCitiPawn for using its Citi brand name and logo.?

In court papers, Skadden Arps’ Ken Plevan, argued that the pawn shop is “tarnishing the extraordinary reputation of Citi,” which he (rather generously) described as “one of the largest and most renowned banking and financial services institutions in the world.”

How can a small mom and pop shop which is based in?Neptune Avenue in Brooklyn possibly dilute Citi’s brand? I guess AllCitiPrawn will be having hard time dealing not with Citi bank lawyers but the flood of customers that will come thanks to the worldwide publicity by Citi bank and that too for FREE!!

Can you suggest me of any company which needs government bail money to stay afloat and yet are ready to waste time and money when I “steal” their logo?
