Microsoft has been in an advertising spree to deteriorate the effect of the?Mac vs PC ads run by?Apple for a very long time. I don’t need to say how?effective these I’m a Mac ads have been for Apple – so much that Microsoft?soon followed by introducing I’m a PC ads at the cost of $300 million!?But that too hasn’t been very effective for Microsoft. Following that Microsoft?released the “PC’s are cheap” ads focusing on the cheap and better nature of?PCs in a recession.
Microsoft has been spending a heck lot of money on gaining some ground on search market. It released Bing with a lot of improved functionality and relevance. But the relevance of Bing is worth questioning when you search ?should I use Mac or PC?.
