Dell has released a new great laptop and I must say one of the best laptops with 3D feature. I know we all like 3D capability in our laptops, TV’s, cars and blah blah blah. But yet, I am talking about 3D full active shutter technology here. And yes, its no joke.

Talking about processor, we have i Processors. i5 and i7 with a 17″ 1080p panel which displays 120 frames per second. (60 fps for right and 60 for left). The Dell XPS 17 3D reviewed here is shipped with an Intel Core i7 2820QM working at 2.30GHz but capable of  3.4GHz in Turbo Boost mode. It has four USB ports in which two of them are USB 3.0 ports, 802.11n, a Blu-ray drive, and both HDMI and mini-DisplayPort digital video output connectors. Has a staggering 16 GB memory.

The price may shock you but the truth is $1450 and the best configuration would be at  $2389. I would also like to notice that the computer has low audio quality when on speakers.

It weighs 9 pounds, 11 ounces with the power you need and 2 inches thick.

I really think this is a good laptop and a premium laptop that will fit your needs but I personally think the price is too way over by Dell. Head to the PROS and CONS.

PROS

3D

Blu ray drive

CONS

Very Expensive

Audio quality is low
