Warren Buffet recently released the annual letter for the shareholders of his company Berkshire Hathaway. In this annual letter Warren, who ranked #1 on the Forbes’ The World’s Billionaires 2008, said that he had made several mistakes which could have been avoided? if he had looked a little closer. And surprisingly Buffet says that the worst year for his business was 2008 which is exactly the year in which he ranked #1 in Forbes Billionaire list!
Warren has also assured that although the economy couldn’t stand on its own burden right now there is a light at the end of the tunnel. He said, “Better days lie ahead”.
In this annual letter Warren has also hinted that Mr Ajit Jain who handles the reinsurance division may succeed his business. Mr Buffet also wrote a letter to Ajit’s parents back in New Delhi asking if they had another son like Ajit but Buffet knew that there wasn’t!
